This is typically set on a case by case basis based on your companies or homes cleaning needs.

• Daily, Nightly,Weekly, Twice Weekly or Biweekly Cleanings (we work to fit your needs)
• Occasional – This can be a one-time cleaning
  or just whenever you want us to come in and get your office/facility/home cleaned and caught back up.
• We are allways flexible and do our best to accommodate your cleaning needs

Standard Cleaning Checklist for Homes   

** Items noted in blue text are performed for weekly and biweekly full service clients only. Clients with other service frequencies whom desire these upgraded services should allow additional cleaning time at an extra cost in order to maintain these items. Interior/Exterior Window Cleaning, inside Refrigerator, Oven Cleaning and Laundry are not included as part of our Standard Service and require advance notice as well as additional time. Outside Patio Furniture is not cleaned as part of our normal checklist. We do not clean barbecues or other outdoor furniture other than patio tabletops and chairs at the client’s request.

At SJW Cleaning our Office Janitorial Service is all about the value and opportunity to work with you. We feel that we are more than just a cleaning service because we offer a lot more than just taking out the trash. We offer our clients a service package that best suits your needs.

Service Packages

Basic Service includes:  Emptying, Disinfecting and relining all trash receptacles, Cleaning the kitchen/break room and all bathroom areas from top to bottom, clean the entrance doors, sweeping and or vacuuming and moping all floors. Clean all cleared tables, Chairs and Chair Bases and Mats.

Standard Service adds the following:  Dust and or clean all desk tops (without moving items placed on desks), Dust all computer monitors and screens, clean all telephones, dust all bookshelves, clean all light switches, dust all window sills and vacuum furniture.

Full Service adds the following:  Clean and maintain all baseboards, spot clean all walls, clean all ceiling fans and electrical outlets. Clean all light fixtures and vents.  Clean all blinds as needed.

Office Space

We empty waste baskets, dust and clean office/desk furniture, dust and clean exterior of computer equipment, clean recption areas, clean baseboards, vacuum carpets, detailed vacuuming of corners and edges, mop tile and linoleum floors, mop plastic mats, wipe windows ledges, clean mirrors pictures frames, dust air vents, clea top of partitions.

Kitchen Area

Empty and clean all trash containers. Clean and sanitize microwaves inside and outside. Clean stainless steel appliances and vending equipment. Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters and cabinet fronts. Clean and sanitize sinks. Dust mop and damp mop hard surface floors.

Lobbies

Damp clean reception work areas, Dust and wipe clean lobby furniture. Clean lobby and corridor interior glass. Dust mop and damp mop hard surface. Vacuum carpeting and florr mats. clean cigarette urns.

Restrooms

Your deserve clean sanitized restrooms. Each day or week we will sanitize your restrooms.
Every urinal, commode, sink and even the floor is treated with disinfectants, followed by a fresh water rinse. Water is vacuumed away along with all bacteria and soil, allowing floors to dry quickly. All fixtures are blown dry so your restroom is ready for immediate use. Your restrooms are immaculate, your customers are happy and your employees can focus on the jobs they were hired for.
